The soul of our kitchen is our head chef, who has over 30 years of experience from around the world.

Having worked in professional kitchens ranging from Finnish and Italian cuisine to Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Middle Eastern culinary traditions, he has mastered authentic spices and techniques with confidence. Thanks to this extensive experience, we are able to offer a menu that is both diverse and carefully refined.
